The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pavia, under the leadership of Mayor Luigi G. Gorriceta, in collaboration with Pavia Tourism headed by Mr. Dexter G. Dizon and the Pavia Ice Cream Association, successfully staged “Sorbetes de Pavia: Scoops of Joy, Flavors of Pavia,” featuring a free tasting of 18 ice cream flavors.
The event highlighted the town’s vibrant sorbetes industry, showcasing both classic and innovative flavors crafted by local producers. It aimed to promote homegrown enterprises while preserving the community’s cherished cultural tradition.
Attendees enjoyed the festive atmosphere as they sampled the various treats, reflecting LGU Pavia’s continued efforts to strengthen tourism and support local livelihood through community-based initiatives.
