SM Hypermarket expanded its presence in Western Visayas with the opening of a new branch in Barangay Pandac here on March 26, 2026, aimed at enhancing shopping convenience for residents in the municipality and nearby areas.
The new SM Hypermarket store features upgraded facilities, wider shopping spaces, and a broad selection of daily essentials and fresh produce, aligning with the company’s push to improve customer experience and accessibility.
Present during the inauguration were SM Hypermarket chairman Herbert Sy, Herson Sy, Hendrick Sy, and Pavia Mayor Laurence Anthony G. Gorriceta, along with Vice Mayor Edsel G. Gerochi, SB Ariel Gerada, Rev. Fr. Jose Gerardo Clasico T. Nufable, company executives, and trade partners.
