The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pavia held a coordination meeting on August 20, 2025, at the Executive Hall, Municipal Building, to discuss secure data sharing and review the preliminary results of the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS).

Present during the meeting from PSA Region VI were Statistical Analysts Ma. Adoresa P. Jamolo, Ierl Vivien Marie Calbit, and Stephanie Pasaporte, who led the discussions on data coverage, program and budget implications, and barangay-level verification, together with representatives from the concerned LGU offices.

The meeting reaffirmed LGU participation in the proper use of CBMS data in line with the CBMS Act (RA 11315) and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). It also provided the LGU with the opportunity to give inputs on data quality, program and budget adjustments, and barangay-level validation to ensure accuracy and inclusiveness.

By aligning CBMS findings with local and national priorities, the Municipality of Pavia aims to strengthen evidence-based planning and deliver more responsive, sustainable programs for its communities.
