Campus journalists from Pavia National High School paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Luigi G. Gorriceta to present their recent achievements in campus journalism following their successful participation in the Regional Schools Press Conference and the Catholic Mass Media Awards held in Metro Manila.
During the visit, the Pavianhon campus journalists proudly shared the awards and recognitions they earned in various individual and group categories, bringing honor not only to their school but also to the entire municipality of Pavia. Their accomplishments highlighted the dedication, journalistic excellence, and commitment of student writers who continue to uphold responsible and impactful campus journalism.
The courtesy visit also served as an opportunity for the students to express their gratitude to Mayor Gorriceta and the local government for their continued support for youth development and educational initiatives. The recognition and encouragement from the municipal leadership further inspired the young journalists to pursue excellence and to serve as role models for aspiring campus writers in the community.
