The Municipal Government of Pavia, through its Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), conducted a Two-Day Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) Orientation on data gathering on October 16–17, 2025, at the Pavia Executive Hall.

Serving as the resource person for the activity was Mrs. Rosario Ladrido, who shared her expertise on the processes and standards in data collection and analysis essential to the CLUP formulation.

The activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of LGU personnel and technical working groups in the preparation and updating of the municipality’s CLUP for the years 2027 to 2036. The orientation provided a comprehensive understanding of data collection methods and spatial analysis—crucial in developing a sustainable and well-guided land use framework for Pavia’s future growth and development.

Through this initiative, LGU Pavia demonstrates its commitment to evidence-based planning and responsible land management—ensuring that development efforts align with environmental sustainability, economic progress, and the overall well-being of its citizens.
