The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pavia turned over the final nine Suzuki Carry response vehicles to complete the distribution to all 18 barangays on September 22, 2025.
The latest batch went to Barangays Anilao, Cabugao Norte, Cabugao Sur, Mali-ao, Pagsanga-an, Pal-agon, Pandac, Purok 2, and Purok 3. The program began in November last year with the delivery of the first nine units.
Mayor Laurence Anthony “Luigi” Gorriceta led the turnover ceremony, which also included the Blessing of the Vehicles. The vehicles are intended for barangay operations such as health assistance, disaster response, and logistical support.
With this rollout, each barangay in Pavia now has its own utility vehicle to aid community services and emergency response.
