The Municipality of Pavia commenced the 34th Tigkaralag Festival with the Children’s Costume Parade held at the Pavia Multi-Purpose Gymnasium on October 28, 2025.
Children from various barangays participated in the event, wearing costumes inspired by biblical characters and fantasy themes. The activity formed part of the municipality’s annual observance that promotes cultural identity and community involvement.
Meanwhile, mascot Inga the Carabao and Ringo the Magician made an appearance to engage with participants during the program.
The event was spearheaded by the Local Government Unit of Pavia, led by Mayor Luigi Gorriceta and Vice Mayor Bibo Gerochi, through the Pavia Tourism Office under the supervision of Mr. Dexter G. Dizon.
