The Municipality of Pavia, through the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), held a training and orientation on the Pavia App: ARANGKA Permit Mobile Application for Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and Barangay officials on November 19, 2025, at Robinsons Place Pavia.
Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Ariel B. Gerada conveyed his support for the activity, noting its role in reinforcing efficiency and accessibility in local governance.
Moreover, BPLO personnel presented an overview of the mobile application and introduced the offices involved in the Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS), including the Municipal Planning and Development Office, Assessor’s Office, Engineering, MENRO, Bureau of Fire Protection, Sanitary Office, and Municipal Treasury Office.
Participants also took part in interactive activities, including a quiz bee, before proceeding to a hands-on session tackling the app’s features and practical functions.
The activity highlighted the municipality’s ongoing efforts to strengthen digital processes and enhance public service delivery through technology-driven tools.\
