The Local Government Unit of Pavia held its first Quarter Municipal Convergence Committee (MCC) Meeting this afternoon, March 17, 2026, in the Municipal Building’s Executive Hall 2, presided over by Hon. Rhia Sotomil, Chair of the Committee on Social Services.
The activity, which coincided with the implementation of Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) programs, brought together key stakeholders to improve coordination and ensure the effective delivery of social services in the municipality.
During the meeting, major DSWD program updates and accomplishments were presented. The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), Sustainable Livelihood Program, Social Pension, KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP, and Walang Gutom Program were some of the programs discussed.
Participants from the Committee on Social Services and concerned offices actively engaged in the discussions, reaffirming their commitment to collaborative governance and the continuous improvement of public service delivery in Pavia.
