The Municipality of Pavia marked another noteworthy milestone in its pursuit of strengthened educational advancement and accelerated digital transformation with the formal turnover of 100 computer units from Sagility today, December 9, 2025.

This contribution constitutes a substantial enhancement to the municipality’s ongoing initiatives aimed at broadening technological accessibility and elevating the quality of learning environments across its public educational institutions.

The turnover ceremony was attended by several of Sagility’s senior executives—Mr. Mohit Saxena, Chief Delivery Officer; Ms. Beth Galfo, Director; Mr. Mark Cadiente, Director; Ms. Stephanie Javellana, Director; and Mr. Van John Montaño, Senior Site Manager. Their presence underscored the company’s steadfast commitment to community engagement and its continued dedication to the advancement of its corporate social responsibility endeavors.

Mayor Luigi G. Gorriceta, who accepted the donation on behalf of the local government, conveyed profound appreciation for Sagility’s generosity. He emphasized that this partnership significantly contributes to Pavia’s strategic objectives of enhancing information and communications technology (ICT) accessibility, modernizing pedagogical systems, and improving overall public service delivery. The Mayor further asserted that initiatives of this nature fortify the municipality’s broader vision of equipping learners with the competencies required to thrive in an increasingly digital and interconnected global landscape.

The 100 computer sets are slated for deployment to two major public educational institutions in Pavia: Pavia National High School, under the leadership of Principal Lourdes Montefrio, and Pavia Pilot Elementary School, headed by Principal Loyda Subong. Both administrators were present at the ceremony and expressed deep gratitude for the donation, noting that the upgraded resources will greatly enhance digital literacy, foster more innovative instructional paradigms, and expand students’ access to essential technological tools.

The Municipality of Pavia continues to cultivate robust partnerships with private sector organizations as part of its broader development agenda. Through collaborative efforts such as this, Pavia steadily progresses toward its aspiration of becoming a more progressive, innovative, and digitally empowered community.
