Thirty-five job order and casual employees from the Municipality of Pavia sharpened their skills at the Soft Skills Summit 2025, held yesterday at St. Paul University Iloilo!
Organized by the Alumni Affairs Office of St. Paul University Iloilo, in collaboration with various government offices in Iloilo Province, the summit featured inspiring talks from Ms. Rowena Diaz, SB Jo Jan Paul Peñol, and Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque. They shared valuable insights on communication, attitude, time management, resilience, and work ethic.
Ms. Lalaine D. Gumban, head of the Human Resource Management Office, led the Pavia delegation in this initiative, which supports the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Month Celebration. This event empowered employees with skills vital for workplace effectiveness and career advancement!
