Pavia Celebrates Educator’s Day /Because Behind Every Success of Pavia Is A Pavianhon Educator

A wave of gratitude and appreciation washed over the Municipality of Pavia as they celebrated Educators Day with pomp and grandeur on September 29. This remarkable day, declared as a local holiday by the Local Government Unit (LGU), paid homage to the dedicated educators who shape the future of Pavia. The bustling Robinsons Place Pavia played host to the event, where educators from both public and private schools congregated to be celebrated.

The tireless efforts of Hon. Jo Jan Paul Peñol, Chair of the Committee on Education, were evident throughout the day as he spearheaded the festivities, ensuring that every teacher felt cherished and valued.

Service milestones ranging from 10 to an astonishing 35 years and more were acknowledged. The event drew esteemed guests who joined in expressing their appreciation for the educators. 2nd District Representative Michael B. Gorriceta graced the celebration, along with Vice-Mayor Edsel Gerochi and Mayor Laurence Anthony Gorriceta. Their presence underscored the Municipality of Pavia’s commitment to education and its educators.
