As part of its sustained commitment to the welfare of senior citizens, the Local Government Unit of Pavia, under the leadership of Mayor Luigi G. Gorriceta, distributed assistive devices to qualified beneficiaries. The initiative was facilitated by the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), headed by Ms. Judy Hollero.
A total of 135 assistive devices were distributed, consisting of:
• 11 wheelchairs
• 7 wheeled walkers
• 55 quad canes
• 60 bath chairs
The distribution was attended by local officials, including Mayor Luigi G. Gorriceta, Vice Mayor Bibo G. Gerochi, Sangguniang Bayan Member Kervin Matthew G. Zaldarriaga, and SKMF President Gerard Peter G. Zaldarriaga, held at the Pavia Municipal Hall.
This initiative forms part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life of senior citizens in the community.
