The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Pavia conducted a two-day consultative workshop on March 25–26, 2026, at the Municipal Building’s Executive Hall to update key local plans, including the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (MDRRMP), the Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP), and the Contingency Plan.
The activity gathered barangay DRRM coordinators, civil society organization (CSO) representatives, and local government officials to enhance disaster preparedness and climate resilience strategies.
Ms. Ann Genevieve G. Del Castillo served as the resource speaker, providing guidance and technical insights during the workshop.
Participants engaged in discussions, shared insights, and provided recommendations to align priorities and improve the effectiveness of local programs. The MDRRMO emphasized the importance of collaboration in building responsive and sustainable disaster risk reduction efforts.
