The Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD) conducted its first quarter activity called “Project CRIME: A Solution,” convening barangay officials and tanods to strengthen peace and order efforts across the municipality at Executive Hall, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building on March 19, 2026.
Barangay officials and barangay tanods from all 18 barangays participated in the activity, which is a feedback mechanism to address safety and security concerns and develop community-based solutions.
The initiative emphasized the importance of collaboration, reinforcing the municipality’s commitment to safer communities through responsive and participatory policing, which calls for the involvement of everyone in crime prevention and community safety programs.
