The Municipal Government of Pavia recognized Ms. Socorro Joy D. Garcia, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer VI, for her service and performance during the PRAISE PISAN Assessment for Best Performing Field Officer held on October 17, 2025, at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, New Legislative Building, Pavia, Iloilo.
The activity, organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Regional PRAISE Team, aimed to acknowledge field officers who have shown excellence and commitment in promoting effective local governance.
Ms. Garcia was presented as Pavia’s official nominee in the regional assessment, highlighting her continued support to the municipality’s development programs and governance initiatives.
Meanwhile, the LGU of Pavia, led by Mayor Luigi Gorriceta, conveyed its appreciation to Ms. Garcia for her significant contributions to the municipality’s programs and services.
Through this recognition, LGU Pavia reaffirmed its partnership with the DILG and its commitment to upholding transparency, accountability, and public service excellence in local governance.
