Twenty (20) beneficiaries received various assistive devices from the Local Government of Pavia under the administration of Mayor Luigi Gorriceta through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
Ten (10) wheelchairs, one (1) crutch and nine (9) canes were given to Pavianhon PWDs. Present during the program were Vice Mayor Bibo Gerochi, SB Member Rhia Sotomil, MSWD Officer Mrs. Luzviminda Sanchez, and PWD Focal Person Ms. May Saycon.
This program is part of Mayor Luigi Gorriceta’s 7-point agenda, that aimed to provide PWDs appropriate assistive devices in order to prevent accidents and promote inclusivity in the community.
