It was a fun-filled night as Mayor Luigi Gorriceta led the New Year’s Eve Open Jam and Fire Works Display at the Pavia Public Plaza.
Live music was provided by our very own local talents headed by “D Scratch” Band.
It has become Mayor Luigi Gorriceta’s tradition to spend the New Year’s Eve with the Pavianhons, and the celebration was everything a Pavianhon could want in a New Year’s Eve gathering. As Mayor Gorriceta said, “New Year’s Eve is symbolic is many ways, it is a fresh start and a new beginning. Everything we’ve gone through, what we’ve overcome, will serve as a reminder that we all need to embrace possibility and search our opportunity and once found, we should make it happen.”
In attendance during the celebration were personnels from the Pavia Fire Station headed by FINSP Aquilino Sampiano, LDRRM Officer Sir Rommel Jamerlan and the Pavia Emergency Responders, Pavia PNP Personnel, Rural Health Unit Personnel, SB Member JP Peñol, SB Member Roy Gorriceta, Sr. and the rest of the Municipal Employees.
