A total of 389 scholars completed technical-vocational courses under scholarship programs of the office of Congresswoman Kathryn Joyce F. Gorriceta in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), covering 17 National Certificate (NC) qualifications in the province’s 2nd Congressional District.








Of the total number of completers, 71 were from Pavia.








The graduates underwent training through the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) and the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP), finishing courses such as Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Cookery, Bread and Pastry Production, Dressmaking, Welding, Driving, Hilot Wellness Massage, Tourism Promotion, Barista, and Masonry.








The ceremony was attended by TESDA Director General Kiko Benitez and local officials, including Mayor Luigi G. Gorriceta.
