Members of Provincial Awards Committee, successfully conducted evaluations for the Legislative Department of the Municipality of Pavia, for the Search for Local Legislative Award.
Mayor Luigi Gorriceta and Vice Mayor Bibo Gerochi, together with the SB Members of Pavia host the Provincial Award Committee as they seek to recognize outstanding municipal sanggunians.
In accordance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-092, the Sanggunians will be evaluated with the following criteria such as responsiveness of the legislative agenda; availability of legislative documents; effectiveness and efficiency of performance; legislative citations and awards; and capacity development of legislators and staff.
The Local Legislative Awards recognizes Sanggunians at municipal level with exemplary performance in enacting ordinances or resolutions and for legislating measures that help build the foundation of meaningful local administration and development.
