Mayor Luigi Gorriceta led the blessing and ceremonial turnover of the newly constructed Two-Storey, Four-Classroom School Building at Pandac Elementary School on June 18, 2025. The project was made possible through the Special Education Fund (SEF).
The blessing was officiated by Rev. Fr. Pals Eleazar. Also present during the event were Vice Mayor Bibo Gerochi, SB Member Rhia Sotomil, District Supervisor Dr. Melanie Villalon, Pandac ES Principal Mr. Ruben Surriga, members of the teaching and non-teaching staff, GPTA President Mr. Edwin Fabel, learners, and other distinguished guests.
This milestone marks another achievement under the administration of Mayor Luigi Gorriceta in its continuing efforts to strengthen the education sector in Pavia—providing safe, functional, and inspiring learning spaces that foster effective teaching and improved student outcomes.
