The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo earned distinction as Rank 2 Regional Finalist under the 1st–3rd Class Municipality Category of the 2025 Local Legislative Award during the 4th Quarter Continuing Local Legislative Education Program (CLLEP) and Year-End Assembly of the Philippine Councilors League held on December 1, 2025 at J Parks Resort, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Presented by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the Philippine Councilors League (PCL), and the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines, the award recognizes Pavia’s outstanding accomplishment in local legislation. The municipality was commended for enacting policies that significantly contributed to socio-economic development and effective environmental management.
