Other than the functional role of the office in terms of development planning, institution building, research and studies, providing statistical data and socio-economic profile of the municipality, the office is also in-charge of the issuance of Zoning/ Locational Clearance for Building and Business Permits and the processing of Simple and Complex Subdivision. In addition, the office takes charge of the investment information desk.
